"Few other tech guys would take the time and provide the follow-up that Help with a Smile does. I have a decent knowledge of computers, but their perspective helps to clarify a lot of cloudy areas."

What types of businesses do you work with?

Our client base is a very diverse bunch- from financial advisors to yoga studios, and everything in between. We are dedicated and focused on filling the IT void for small offices and sole professionals who rely on computers and other forms of IT for their day-to-day business.

What is your service area?

Help with a Smile provides help desk services for companies located throughout the United States. We utilize a state-of-the-art remote desktop support package to support the majority of our clients. For clients located within reach of our New York City office, we also make house calls.

Do you work with people in their homes

Help with a Smile is focused on serving the needs of small businesses. This certainly includes solo professionals working in a home office, and much of our clientele is comprised of home-based businesses.

Are my needs too basic for your services?

If you depend upon computers and technology in your business, you need an IT team you can count on, and we're here for you, whether you're a one-man-band or a small orchestra.

If you think a question is too simple or insignificant to ask an IT professional about, trust us when we say that those are probably the most important questions to ask. They're the ones we won't think to ask you about, and sometimes those small annoyances can have a big impact on your productivity.

Why do you work exclusively with small offices?

It's not a stretch to say that we're passionate about working with small business owners. Helping them achieve their goals and streamline their business is an extremely rewarding task, and we're grateful to be able to provide such a service.

For us, solo professionals and small offices are the ideal environment for an IT team that likes to remain on the cutting edge of technology. In an enterprise setting, we wouldn't enjoy nearly as much flexibility in encouraging our clients to adopt new technologies and experiment with new ways to improve the way they use technology. Nimbleness and flexibility has always been the advantage small business has enjoyed over massive conglomerates, and we like that.

How do you charge for your services?

All the work we do for our clients is billed at one simple and very affordable hourly rates. Our competitive price advantage comes from our efficiency and ability to provide most of our real-time support directly from our office via phone, email, and remote desktop support.

Want to know what these rates are? No problem, but please contact us so that we can tell you ourselves!
