We utilize a state-of-the-art remote desktop support package to support the majority of our clients. For clients located within reach of our New York City office, we also make house calls. This certainly includes solo professionals working in a home office, and much of our clientele is comprised of home-based businesses. How do you charge for your services?All the work we do for our clients is billed at one simple and very affordable hourly rates. Our competitive price advantage comes from our efficiency and ability to provide most of our real-time support directly from our office via phone, email, and remote desktop support.
